Purdy said something in another post about not really having a healing leader.

I guess its kinda true, no one is officially in charge. . . do the other classes/roles have leaders?

Can we designate someone to have shit prepared for the raids and on each boss fight/trash know what tanks will need what healing so there is no confusion. . . we don't even really have to know it during the raid, we can post it here. . . example. . .

For Boss X

So many healers need to focus on MT
So many healers need to focus on OT
So many of the ever so beautiful shaman or CoH priests to watch the raid healing.

End For Boss X

We know Shamans with chain heal and Priests with CoH are great at group healing. ..  so when we have excess of either they will watch raid health.

On the other hand Paladins are really only good at single target healing so they will be on tank duty for the most part.

And then we have druids. . . tree druid always in the tank group of course because of the buff and crazy stacking HoTs. HoTs on the tanks always and then some spare for the raids to top off without having to focus. .  especially on the melee who always take damage.

I got so much time sitting here at work and just ramble on so yell at me if i sound like a retard.

I think I can get around to it here because I don't do shit and get paid for it, but anyone else think a detailed healing list for each boss fight would be a good idea? Or are we fine how we are. . . I think it is always beneficial to know exactly what to do leaves no room for error and helps to ensure flawless execution.

Also, I know purdy farms a shit ton of pots. .. I am going to try to farm as many Super Mana Pots as I can. .  wish I had an epic flyer, but If I get extras and anyone needs some I will be more than happy to share.

I don't really have anything else to add at this point... figured priest forums would be best for healing discussion

Very nice.  I agree.  I farm super mana pots no problem Tongue   But yes, I personally think we should set out a:

You heal here...

You heal here...

I stand here and do nothing.

yeah sounds great to me Tongue

Everyone Needs to join the SEHealers channel in game during raids if you are healing, had some people that werent in it and caused a couple problems on an attempt or two.
